Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the type of business you run and your message.
Free vulnerability scan and demo booking: your name, work email address, company name and phone number.
Newsletter sign-up: your first name and email address.
Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use your data

To reply to you and provide the information, scan or demo you asked for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
To send our newsletter , where you have signed up for it. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
To keep the website secure and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and visitors.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with suppliers who help us run this website and our business, such as our website hosting provider, our email and newsletter provider and our customer relationship management system. They act on our instructions and are bound by contract to keep your data secure.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. We may also disclose data where the law requires us to.
